ALIVE SNAILS - Helix Aspersa Muller (petit gris)

Minimum order 24 kg  

Alive dry and cleaned snails, ready to cook. 

Farmed snails from Greece fed with plants and nutritious feed and herbs  

Hand delivered packaged in plastic nets for signed delivery 

Each pack contains 24 kilos approx 90 to 110 snails 

No Cooking Instructions 

Wash in sink with cool running water 

Once all snails are awake then add to hot water before it boils

Boil initially for 15 minutes, continue for 40 minutes. Snails are now cooked to follow chosen recipe. 

Storage

Cooked snails can be divided into serving portions and stored for up to 6 months in the freezer.
